ServSafe® Certifications
The State of Georgia requires each food service establishment to employ at least one manager who has passed a food safety exam that is accredited by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP). At Clayton State, our dining customers’ safety is a priority, and we are proud to exceed the state’s minimum requirement. The managers listed below maintain a current ServSafe® Food Protection certification, a CFP accredited program administered by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
