Please read the following policies and acknowledgements prior to completing your event registration:

• All event registrations must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the requested date. On- campus parties must be submitted five (5) weeks prior to the requested date.
• Student Affairs must approve all fundraisers prior to being accepted in the Event Registration queue.
• Only the President or Director of the Student Organization may submit Event Registrations (if the email and contact address submitted do not match the organization president or director, as on file with Campus Life, the Registration will be declined).
• Only Clayton State official email accounts will be accepted and corresponded.
• I understand a reservation has not been made until I receive a confirmation email from the Department of Campus Life.
• I read and understand the Event Registration and Reservation Policy located on the Campus Life website.
