Family and Friends are Welcome to Attend!

Once your proposal has been accepted, you'll need to submit your materials:

• Submit Poster Presentations a PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF file.
• Submit Performance Readings, Videos, etc your performance materials.

Day of the event

Dress Expectations:

• Business casual is requested.

Arrival Time:

• Please arrive to set up posters no later than 1:15pm - 1:30pm.
• For performances, arrive no later than 1:00pm for sound checks.
