Affidavits

When Clayton State University is the service provider party in a contract that requires the execution of an affidavit (pursuant to  O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 et. seq.), the authority to  sign the affidavit as officer or agent of the University has been delegated to Wendy Spears, Procurement Director. She may be contacted for execution of this contract affidavit.
