BSN Application Instructions
Transfer students will be ineligible for Fall 2025 program application unless they receive University acceptance as a 'transfer' student by Spring 2025
and attend Clayton State University's mandatory orientation prior to or during the
first week of January 2025 and will complete HLTH3201-Pathophysiology prior to or
during Summer 2025.
STEP ONE
- Submit electronic payment of non-refundable $25.00 non-refundable application fee; receipt will be emailed to you; open receipt and save as PDF; then upload receipt to nursing application as proof of payment.
STEP TWO
- Submit electronic nursing application.
Selected qualified applicants will be contacted for interview. Decisions will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the nursing application.
