RN-BSN Application Instructions

STEP ONE

• Submit electronic payment of non-refundable $25.00 non-refundable application fee; receipt will be emailed to you; open receipt and save as PDF; then upload receipt to nursing application as proof of payment.

• Review and sign RN student forms. Save as one PDF document; then upload to nursing application. Retain copy for future reference.

STEP THREE

• Submit electronic nursing application. Be sure to upload proof of payment and RN student forms.
