The Loch Shop offers textbooks and course materials required for your courses along with a great selection of technology, school supplies, gifts, and Clayton State apparel.
Much of your success as a student depends on having the right textbooks and course materials. The Loch Shop works closely with your professors to ensure we have the most current materials needed for your classes. We also work hard to find the most affordable options, including used textbooks, rentals, and electronic options.

Bookstore Bucks Spring 2025
Dec. 16, 2024 - Jan. 28, 2025
The Loch Shop also offers Bookstore Bucks at the beginning of each semester. Bookstore Bucks allow you to take advantage of unused Financial Aid to get what you need before receiving your Financial Aid Refund. Bookstore Bucks are available for in-store and online purchases. You will need a LakerCard to complete your purchase.
To authorize use of your Financial Aid for Bookstore Bucks, log into the DUCK and follow the prompts to authorize Bookstore Bucks. View more information about Bookstore Bucks.
Bookstore Bucks can be used for:
- Course materials
- MARTA passes
- Meal plans
- Anything the Loch Shop and Loch's Nest sells
Request Additional Bookstore Bucks
Do you need additional Bookstore Bucks from your pre-approved Financial Aid? If so, you can have up to $1,000 of additional Bookstore Bucks moved to your LakerCard to purchase a laptop or anything else you might need from the Loch Shop.
Submit your request during the Bookstore Bucks dates.
*Note: You must have pre-approved aid available on your student account. This is NOT an application for additional aid to be awarded. You must also have authorized the
use of Financial Aid for Bookstore Bucks (see Bookstore Bucks section above). Authorization
and transfer of laptop funds takes about an hour, and you can check the status of
your approval online. Details for submitting your request and monitoring the status
are available on the Additional Bookstore Bucks Request page.
Spring 2025 Dual Enrollment Course Material Pick-up Information
There are three pick-up locations for Dual Enrollment course materials. Your pick-up location is determined by the county in which you attend high school, even though you may be taking classes at another campus.

Main campus in Morrow
Dates: Dec. 17-18, 2024
Pick up location and time:
- Main Campus for students who attend high school in any county other than Fayette or Henry County (Clayton, Dekalb, Fulton, Butts, Spalding, etc.)
- Pick-up location: 2000 Clayton State Blvd. Morrow, GA, 30260, Loch Shop, Edgewater Hall
- Pick-up time: 8am - 4pm

CSU-Fayette Campus
Dates: Jan. 13, 2025
Pick-up location and time:
- CSU-Fayette for students who attend high school in Fayette County.

- Henry County for students who attend high school in Henry County.

**FOR ALL LOCATIONS: In order to pick up loaned books, the student must present their LakerCard, and a signed DE loan agreement (see link below) must be provided at the time of checkout (students under 18 must bring the form signed by a parent or guardian).
Cost of materials:
- Textbooks and e-books (access codes) are paid for by the Dual Enrollment program.
- Supplemental materials, such as lab supplies and other non-book materials, are not covered. Students/parents should be prepared to pay for these items.
Please note that Dual Enrollment books are loaned and must be returned at the end of each semester. Destroying, damaging, or not returning books may result in a non-returned book fee and/or a transferable credit hold being placed on your account.
