Yes, each apartment suite has its own thermostat to control the heating and cooling. Residents are encouraged to set thermostats to an energy-conscious 74 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
Each apartment suite bedroom is approximately 100 sf. Suite shared areas are approximately 700 sf.
Laker Hall suites and Laker Village apartments have carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom areas have tiled/laminate flooring.
Laker Hall—A community laundry room is located on the main floor for Laker Hall residents and the cost is included in the housing fee.
Laker Village—Each apartment is equipped with one washer and dryer for all roommates to share at no additional cost.

Yes, all bedrooms and the apartment suite living rooms are equipped with expanded basic Cable TV service. Residents must provide their own TV and cable cord. Residents also have access to xFinity on Campus App.
