Professional Licensure Disclosures
Clayton State University has not yet determined that its curriculum meets licensure
requirements or certifications for states outside of Georgia. Each U.S. state and
territory defines its own requirements for licensing and certification in professional
fields. Additional information on licensure requirements will be added as it becomes
available.
Prior to enrolling in an educational program that requires licensure, students should
contact the program coordinator or department chair (see table below)to determine
if the academic program curriculum satisfies a particular state's licensure requirements
if you intend to practice outside of the state of Georgia. Students interested in
a professional licensure or certification are also encouraged to contact the state's
licensing board regarding its requirements for professional practice prior to enrolling
in an educational program.
