- Be a currently enrolled CSU student in good academic and judicial standing.

- Be available for mandatory training, orientation programs, and Convocation weekend events.
- Passion for leadership and commitment to supporting others.
- Campus involvement, teamwork experience, or leadership roles.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for being a role model.
