Security Awareness Training

Did you know that if a parent, who is paying for their child's education, was to ask for a copy of the student grades, under FERPA regulations you are not allowed to give them out?

Do you know what spam, phishing and social engineering are?

Education is a key weapon in the fight against the dark underbelly of the Internet.   Knowing that we do not send e-mails asking you to e-mail your password so we don't disable your account is a step in preventing unauthorized access to University data.  

 

All employees are required to complete annual Security Awareness Training.  

This training can be found within the HR Training University (currently transitioning to Desire2Learn).
