The Launchpad Leadership Academy at Clayton State is an ecosystem of industry and government partners, that recruits from underrepresented communities, provides 4-year scholarships, offers mentoring, administers hands-on learning experience opportunities, grants workforce-ready certification, and develops a workforce tailored to industry needs through a nurturing educational atmosphere in a 21st-century work environment.
