Staff Council
The Staff Council provides support to and serves as a voice for Clayton State University staff members through communication of matters of institutional importance, by providing educational and engagement opportunities and serving as an advisory council to the President.
The Council is comprised of elected staff members who serve as delegates to each of the major areas/units throughout the college. To identify the delegate that represents your area, please view our delegates page.
The Council meets consistently throughout the semester and all Clayton State Staff members may attend any of the Staff Council general meetings. Staff may also present any concerns or topics of interest to a delegate for inclusion or discussion at a future council meeting.
To see the current fiscal year meeting schedule, visit our calendar page. Meeting minutes for the Staff Council are posted two weeks after each meeting.
If a staff member has specific questions or concerns related to staff or university matters that they would like to have addressed, please contact the Staff Council via e-mail, or visit the Delegates page to find your department or unit delegate on the Staff Council.
As part of the University System of Georgia (USG) under the Board of Regents, Clayton State University is also represented by the University System of Georgia (USG) Staff Council.
