Dual Enrollment

Qualified high school students can begin working toward their college degree, while also earning high school credit through the Dual Enrollment Program.

Clayton State's Dual Enrollment Program provides students with the resources and support needed for a successful transition to college, while also offering the opportunity to continue their education at Clayton State as undergraduate students.

Minimum Scores for Admission

Tenth graders need a minimum composite score of 1200 on the SAT or 26 on the ACT in a single national test administration to qualify for admission.

For 11th and 12th graders, there’s more flexibility; you can use the SAT/PSAT, ACT/PreACT, or ACCUPLACER to fulfill the Math and English requirements. If you meet one score requirement but not the other, you may face restrictions on course placement.  Additionally, some 11th and 12th graders may not have to provide test scores for admission. Please see the Test Optional Note section below for more information.
