Orientation Registration
How to Register
To register, you will need your:
- start term
- program type
- student type
- Laker ID (900XXXXXX)
- Loch ID
- On the Dates and Fees page, click the tab for your term admission term.
- View the sessions available for your student and program type.
- Click "Register Here," fill in the event registration form, and then select Pay Now.
- Pay the fee online using a credit or debit card. We cannot process registration or payment by phone or mail.
- Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of successful registration.
Avoid cancellations and critical registration errors. Sign up for the right session by verifying your orientation eligibility first. If you need your Laker ID or Loch ID, text "ID" to 678-466-6038 from the mobile number you submitted with your application.
Important Reminders
Clayton State's New Student Orientation is designed to help you connect with your
peers and engage with campus representatives based on your enrollment needs.
Orientation registration is only open to newly admitted freshman, transfer, and nontraditional
undergraduate students. Transient students, post-baccalaureate students, readmitted students, and students
in certificate programs are not required to complete orientation.
Dual Enrollment students and graduate students have separate orientation requirements.
