Filing a Complaint of Sex Discrimination, Sexual Misconduct or Sexual Harassment
Any student, faculty, or staff member with questions or concerns about applicable University policies or who believes that they have been the victim of or witness to sex discrimination, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, or sexual violence is encouraged to contact the University's Title IX Coordinator or can file a report using the anonymous and non-anonymous reporting form.
Individuals who believe that they have been discriminated against on the basis of protected qualifications, including sex discrimination, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and sexual violence may file a complaint with the University by contacting the contact the University's Title IX Coordinator or can file a report using the anonymous and non-anonymous reporting form. Any concerns of sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault, and/or sex discrimination, regardless of the identity of the accused, may be brought to the Title IX Coordinator.

Filing a Complaint with the University System of Georgia
If you filed a complaint with the Title IX Coordinator and believe the University’s response was inadequate, or you otherwise believe you have been discriminated against by the University on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, including sexual harassment, disability, age, or retaliation, you may file a complaint with the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

Filing a Complaint with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR)
Online: You may file a complaint with OCR using OCR’s electronic complaint form.
Mail or Facsimile: You may mail or send by facsimile information to the address or phone number available at the Office for Civil Rights.
Email: You may email OCR’s Discrimination Complaint Form or your own signed letter to OCR email address. If you write your own letter, please include the information identified above.
