Department of Campus Life

College isn’t only classrooms and study sessions; it’s getting involved with activities you enjoy and issues you care about. It’s doing good for the community. It’s spending time with friends and meeting new people. And all of it is easy to do at Clayton State, where you have over 80 student organizations to choose from and tons of community involvement and leadership opportunities.

The Department of Campus Life has gotten pretty good at engaging students—in fact, we’re the inaugural recipient of the University President’s Making Things Better Award, and we’ve been seven times voted the Department of the Year in the Student Choice Awards.

Let us help make your Laker life unforgettable.

Whatever you love, and whatever you’re interested in, you will likely find a student organization to match and a group of people who care about your interests as much as you do. And, if you don’t, that’s no problem. You can start your own after perusing our list of organizations and activities through our Loch-N Student Portal.
