Health and Wellness

College is exciting, full of new experiences and opportunities and bursting with potential. It’s also demanding. After all, it takes hard work to make a dream real. That’s why taking care of your health is so important—so you have the energy and wellness to take advantage of everything college life has to offer. Don’t worry. You don’t have to do it alone. We have all the resources you need to help you make the best choices about your health.

Stay Active with Recreation and Wellness

Being active doesn’t mean the same thing to everyone. Maybe you like to work out in a gym. Maybe you enjoy yoga. Or maybe steering a raft through some rapids is more your speed. Whatever activities you like, our recreation and wellness services can accommodate, with intramural and club sports, outdoor adventures, and a top-of-the-line fitness center.

You can also take advantage of our wellness services, offering healthful, healing, and informational programs and classes, such as nutritional counseling, massage therapy, and meditation.

Not sure which activity is right for you? Talk to our wellness staff!
