Goals and Objectives: The project includes Mechanical System Upgrade to existing HVAC system for the Arts & Sciences building. Upgrade will be performed in two phases, each phase includes an individual floor, keeping building operational during the upgrade. Work includes design and construction of mechanical system, replacement of all ducts and pipes, upgrade to DDC controls, electrical work, ceiling system, and adjustment of architectural items to accommodate new system. Phase one has been completed during summer 2014. Phase two upgrade completed during summer 2015.
