Scope of Work: Demolish the existing single ply roof system, ballast, and insulation down to the existing concrete deck. Install a new layer of ½” perlite insulation over 1-1/2” polysiocyanurate insulation hot mopped over the concrete deck. Install a two-ply modified bitumen roof system and flashing, and sheet metal flashing, drains and gutters. Install new metal coping at all parapet walls. Install new flashing at all flashed penetrations.
