TOEFL
The internet-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is given at Clayton State University at least once a month. Our school code is 5145.
For complete information about TOEFL, please visit the TOEFL website: www.ets.org/toefl. You must make all arrangements for testing through this TOEFL site. You may call TOEFL at 1-877-863-3546. Important Testing Information: Be certain to bring all your official identification documents to the TOEFL test: passport--this document is required if you are not a US citizen, resident alien card, and driver's license. Your name on the TOEFL application must perfectly match your identification cards, and they must be current. You must present your official signature on at least one of these documents. You will be scanned with a metal detector wand prior to every entry into the testing lab. If you refuse, you cannot test. Permitted refusals are allowed only for medical issues (no religious exceptions).

Length: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in. Students may begin the exam up to a half hour early if technically possible at the Testing Center. No one arriving an hour or more late will be tested. Allow 2 hours to complete the exam. You are excused to leave when your exam is finished. Since the TOEFL is now shorter in time; there are no breaks built in.
Materials: You must bring proper picture identification with signature as instructed on the TOEFL website. Bring your passport (required), resident alien card, and driver's license. We will provide paper and a pencil.
Note: Do not bring children into the Testing Center.
