Important Diploma Information
Beginning Fall 2025, a paper and electronic diploma will be issued to each student after degree conferral at no additional cost.
Please do not order a replacement diploma before degree conferral, as your diploma will be processed and mailed automatically.
Name on Diploma
Diplomas are issued using your legal name on record at Clayton State University. If you need to update your name, please submit a name change request form with official documentation (e.g., driver’s license, marriage certificate, or divorce decree) to the Registrar's Office.
Fees
A $35.00 fee applies for replacement diplomas (electronic copy included). Shipping fees vary based on the delivery option selected at checkout. Contact Parchment for details.
