To Order Official Transcripts
Clayton State University has retained Parchment to accept transcript orders over the Internet. Please click on the Order Records button below that corresponds to your status to enter your order. We regret we no longer accept transcript requests via fax/mail.
If an attachment is to be included with your transcript, it must be uploaded to the Parchment website along with your transcript request. The Registrar's Office does not have the capability to upload documents.

Unofficial Transcripts
Current, actively enrolled students can access unofficial Clayton State transcripts via the student portal*. To view your unofficial transcript, follow the steps below:
- Log into the DUCK
- Select Student Services
- Select Student Records
- Select Transcript (unofficial)
*If you are not a current student at Clayton State, you will not be able to access an unofficial transcript.
