Transfer Equivalencies
The Transfer Equivalency Tool is a database that allows students to gain a general idea of how courses taken at other institutions may transfer to Clayton State University. The tool is for reference only. The information contained in the tool is updated regularly and is subject to change.
For logistical reasons, not all courses from a given institution may appear on the tool. The absence of a course from the database does not necessarily preclude transferability; similarly, the inclusion of a course in the database does not guarantee transferability. Credit must meet all criteria outlined in the Transfer Credit Policy to be eligible for transfer.
To access the list of generally accepted transfer courses for your prior institution, go to the Transfer Equivalency Tool and follow the prompts to identify the school and its location. Once the school has been selected, check the box for each subject you would like to see displayed. Multiple subjects can be selected simultaneously. After choosing the course prefixes to display, check the box for the undergraduate subject level and choose the term in which you plan to begin attending Clayton State University from the drop-down. Once all items have been selected, click “Get Courses” to view the list.
