Enrollment/Degree Verification

Clayton State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all verifications of student enrollment and award of degrees. Once the registration period for a term ends, the Registrar's Office reports enrollment data for that term to the National Student Clearinghouse on a monthly basis. Students may request a verification of enrollment via the Other Student Services tab on the DUCK. To verify a degree, please visit the Clearinghouse online at www.studentclearinghouse.org or contact them by phone at (703) 742-4200.

We cannot provide verification of enrollment for future terms.

Clayton State University will report your enrollment status as follows for all verifications of enrollment regardless of term.

Enrollment Status	Registered Hours
Full Time	12 or more
Quarter Time	9-11
Half Time	6-8
Less than Half Time	5 or less

Private Loans

If you have a PRIVATE loan and need to verify your enrollment for your lender, you will need to forward the form provided by your lender to the address below. This applies to private loans only. Subsidized or Unsubsidized Stafford loans will be verified electronically by your lender and you do not need to mail in your verification form.
